Before Apple had a store and a bar was a place to meet a genius, cozone.com (formerly CompUSA) wanted to differentiate their online brand by offering smart, helpful advice to go along with all the latest computer technology.
Research showed there were plenty of people who felt they needed advice when it came to computers. But research also showed most were hesitant to identify themselves as needing help. So we set out to make it feel OK to seek out assistance by reminding people that everyone – yup, even a future president as it turns out – has areas where they can use some help.
